Birthday Wishes

Hello,

Spent the morning in the craft room, making this little card for my friends birthday.  I used some dies and stamps from Stamps By Me for this one.

Cut out the die in white card and matted it onto some black card.  Attached a ribbon around the centre of this piece, then glued this onto an 8x8 White Card Blank.

Cut out a Blue, Black mat and attached onto card.

Cut out a smaller mat on stamping card.  Used some inks to splodge on some blue and yellow and added some black splats then attached to the main card.

Stamped and embossed the "Floral B" in black ink, coloured with Alcohol markers and fussy cut it out.

Stamped and embossed the sentiment, cut it into a banner and matted onto blue card.

Attached Sentiment to the Floral B and added both to the card using foam pads.

Finished off with a Bow.

Thank you for looking.

Beautiful - Giraffe

Hello Everyone

Just purchased this Giraffe Stamp from Pink Ink Designs.  They have some fabulous stamps which you can purchase it lots of craft shops online.  This isn't for anyone in particular, I just wanted to use the stamp.

This is a fabulous stamp, and stamps fabulously.  Stamped the Giraffe onto Watercolour card, then use Alcohol Markers, to colour in.  Added some of the leaf and flower stamps around the edge of the card to make a border.  Matted this onto rose gold glitter card and attached to the card base.  Used the leaf stamp and stamped several then fussy cut out and arranged down the side.  Added some gems for sparkle and a bow to finish off.  Not sure who will receive it, but someone will.

Thanks for looking.

30th Birthday Rhona

Hello

Another day, another 30th Birthday Card.  Same friend asked for a 30th Birthday Card for her daughter this time.  The theme could include Cats, Running, Afternoon Tea.  Couldn't decide with to use, so had a go at this, using them all.

I used my Scan n Cut, to cut out the base for this Accordion Card.   The remainder of the card is put together using die cuts and stamps.  Used Alcohol markers to colour images.

The recipient loved it, thank goodness, as I thought I may have gone over the top with this one!

Thanks for looking.
